Borsao Macabeo - 13% ABV
Deliciously forward and fruity dry white wine made from the indigenous Macabeo grape. Bright pale yellow in colour. Aromas of peach with hints of honey. Citrussy and bright on the palate, with pineapple and tropical fruit flavours. Unoaked, with a long, juicy finish
El Tesoro Monastrell Shiraz -13% ABV
Deep cherry red in colour. A ripe, open nose of plums and blackberries, with sweet herbs. Warm and spicy on the palate with crunchy black fruit and a touch of pepper - all backed by sweet, ripe, and supple tannins.Bodegas Juan Gil own about 400 hectares of vineyards between 700 and 850 metres above sea level. The grapes for this wine are sourced from the northeast of Jumilla. Monastrell is the main varietal grown, but also Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Monastrell vineyards are planted on chalky soils, and the Shiraz vineyards on sandy soils. The Shiraz grapes were picked during the 1st two weeks of September, and Monastrell during the last two weeks of the same month.
Percheron Chenin - 13% ABV
Vibrant and aromatic with delicious generous fresh apricot, white peach and hints of passion fruit on the nose. A creamy palate with real fresh fruit flavours, fleshy just picked apricots as well as some white pepper notes. Bright acidity and minerality delivers a delicious balance. Percheron Chenin Viognier has been created as a result of our long standing relationships with traditional growers. Sourced from 40 year old bush vines the Chenin is a true national treasure.
Percheron Shiraz - 15%ABV
Wonderfully lifted perfumed nose with bright fleshy raspberry and crushed blackcurrant fruit and a touch of savoury gaminess and fresh almond smoothness on the finish.Traditional winemaking techniques are used and co-fermented with a small amount of Viognier along with the Shiraz before blending with the Mourvedre.
Tesoro Malbec Bonarda - 13.5% ABV
The nose offers an appealing, mixed spice, bramble fruit bomb followed by dark, damson and savoury overtones on the palate with a smooth and rounded finish.The Malbec grapes chosen for Tesoro de los Andes were sourced from carefully selected vineyards in the Mendoza region of Argentina. Bonarda adds a fruity freshness to the blend.

Absolutely fabulous! Pale salmon pink with hints of summer meadow flowers. This luscious blend has abundant rich berry flavours of Grenache and tangy Cinsault. Dry but with an appealing roundness and fresh finish. So ripe and so soft and fruity that it's hard to believe it's 'technically' dry.Traditional Languedoc varietals are sourced for the Pasquiers range. For the rose this means ripe, sweetly fruited Grenache and tangy Cinsault.
