A very underestimated roasting joint which is great hot or cold, our dry cured joints don't need soaking as they are not overly salty. Great boiled with herbs or garlic ( leave to cool in the water) or open roasted and glazed with honey and mustard.
(Delia is worth a look regarding glazed ham joints.)
