This bacon is dry cured without the rind on. Losing 10% of its moisture in the curing process - this concentrates the flavour. (Cheap bacon contains up to 30% water so that gives it a 40% price advantage)
Ideal for your bacon sandwich in the morning and is best fried or grilled.
